GENERAL ORDERING TERMS & INFORMATION
ORDERS
Orders can be placed 24/7 on our website. You may also place your order by telephone during regular business hours from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, eastern US time. Order forms are available for download so that you may mail or fax your order. Please see our Contact US page for phone and fax numbers.
PAYMENT
Remittance by check or money order may be enclosed with order and made payable to W. C. Wolff Company. Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted with no additional surcharges. Discover card is accepted for mail or phone orders only and is not available for use on our web site. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. COD shipments are available only via UPS and at additional cost - domestic orders only. Customers with established credit only may order on an open account basis. Late charges of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on late payments over 30 days.
SHIPPING
W. C. Wolff Company normally ships via US Mail and United Parcel Service. Air services are available upon request at additional cost. International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE: We must have a street address for shipping as UPS will not deliver to a post office box. COD shipping is not available via US Mail.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Please refer to the reverse side of your order form or shipping page for current shipping & handling charges or to the shipping charges listed during checkout on the website. Shipping charges are determined by your zip code and shipping method. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded on refused shipments. Shipping and Handling rates are subject to change without notice.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices listed our web site and current catalog supersedes all previously published information. Prices are subject to change without notice. W. C. Wolff Company reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications of any item without notice.
SHORTAGES
All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made WITHIN 10 DAYS after receipt of shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping charges due to errors on our part.
RETURNS
If you want to return all or part of your order for any reason other than shipping errors, please call or write for a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Merchandise returned must be UNUSED and UNOPENED in the complete original packaging. Please note: items that are part of multiple product packages are not individually returnable. Merchandise which is not in resalable condition will be returned to you. Unauthorized returns and merchandise kept over 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with return.
EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be exchanged within 60 days of receipt if it is UNUSED and UNOPENED in complete original packaging. You will be billed for shipping charges for the new merchandise unless exchange is due to an error on our part. You will either be billed for or refunded the difference in cost of exchanged merchandise. Returned merchandise which is not in resalable condition will be returned to you.
BACK-ORDERS
On rare occasions we must backorder an item which is out of stock. You will not be billed for any additional shipping charges on backorder shipments. All backorder shipments will be shipped via ground delivery.
SALES TAXES
Order shipping to the states of Pennsylvania or Virginia are subject to sales tax.
EXPORT NOTICE
All products sold by W. C. Wolff Company are classified under Category I(h) of the United States Munitions List and are subject to the export licensing controls of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITARs”) administered by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the US State Department. These export control requirements apply to any shipment of our products to the purchaser, consignee, or end user outside the United States and to any domestic purchaser in the United States who intends to export our products after purchase from W.C. Wolff Company.
Purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees to fully comply with all provisions of the ITARs (including obtaining any export licenses that they may be require prior to shipment to a foreign purchaser or other party). These agency requirements apply to the ultimate disposition or export of any product purchased from W. C. Wolff Company as well as any products assembled, manufactured or otherwise produced by purchaser that incorporate or utilize products purchased from W. C. Wolff Company. Purchaser’s failure to comply with these requirements will result in the termination of any further sales to it by W. C. Wolff Company.
