W. C. Wolff Company offers on-line ordering directly from our web-site. Our secure server offers you the convenience of on-line ordering with thesecurity protection you demand when using your credit card. If your browser supports SSL your transaction is secure. To order,just locate the item you want and click on the "Buy" button to add it to your shopping cart. There are some items, such as recoil spring and Blitzschnell striker spring, where buying 10 or more has an additional price break. This discount is not shown on your on-line order but you can be assured that we will apply any discounts due before your orderis actually shipped and billed. This on-line ordering system does not bill your credit card directly. Your credit card is not billed until we actually ship your order. Each on-line order is always reviewed before processing. Please be sure to give us a daytime telephone number so that we can call you in case of a question. After you have ordered all items you need, just go to check out. It's that easy.

use in firearms, W. C. Wolff Company is a registered exporter with the
U.S. State Department and our products are subject to U.S. ITAR
regulations. We fully comply with the shipping
requirements and documentation requirements of ITAR and US
Customs. All
export shipping documents will declare the actual
contents of your shipment as "springs for use in firearms".
They will be declared at the actual amount you have paid for the items
you
ordered . We will
not
declare items in any other way or misrepresent their value. All international
orders over
$100 (USD) will require
an export
license - please see below.
W. C. Wolff Company reserved the
right to cancel any order if the order
does not meet ITAR regulations or the party placing this order is
determined to be ineligible to receive shipments from the United
States or it appears that the buyer is attempting to circumvent the law.

1. We can not ship more than $100 (USD) internationally without an export license. If your order exceeds $100 (USD) by any amount, we will need to apply for an export license for your order. This takes approximately 3 weeks for processing. This dollar limit it set by ITAR and is not a limitation set by W. C. Wolff Company. To apply for an export license we will need the following: A. Your Purchase Order (this would be your internet order or mail order form). B. An import license allowing you to received the goods OR a statement indicating that an import license is not required in your country - you should include the applicable law of your juristiction for this. C. A letter of intent indicating that you will not re-export the merchanside and that your are the end user. All documentation must be in english.
2. Payment must be in U.S. Funds.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover
cards are accepted. Discover card can only be used for mail, phone
orders and fax orders. COD shipping is not available on
International orders. Bank drafts and international money orders
also
accepted. Wire transfers accepted at additional charge.
3. All International order have a
$3.00 handling fee for export
documentation and makeup.
4. International orders are
usually shipped via the lowest cost
method which is 1st Class Mail International (FCMI). The weight limit
for FCMI to most
countries is 4 pounds. This is generally the least expensive way to
ship. Insurance is not available using FCMI.
5. Federal Express and United Parcel Service will not accept our products for international delivery.
6. When paying by credit card, no additional fees are charged for using your credit card. We do not charge your credit card until shipmentis actually made. In some cases, you may be billed separately for shipping and handling charges. We always try to ship the least expensive way to you.
