Recoil springs are available in load-rated specifications to adjust the recoil function to individual needs. Each load rated recoil spring includes a extra power striker spring.  Springs are available individually or with a guide rod.  Springs must be used with Wolff recoil guide rod below.

Wolff recoil guide rods for the Springfield 4" XD Series pistols allows the use of Wolff recoil springs in various weights to allow tuning of the recoil function.  Wolff springs require the use of the Wolff guide rod. The factory spring is not compatible with our guide rod.

Wolff XD guide rods are a precision, hi-quality one piece steel guide rod.  Designed for optimum performance they replace the standard factory recoil system. Rods are hardened to a minimum RC-55 for durability. Available in a durable black finish.  Available individually or with a Wolff recoil spring.

For Use in:
   All XD Series 10 round magazines. For guns chambered in 9mm, .40S&W, .357 Sig Only. Available in +5% or +10% Extra power for improved feeding reliability.

Will not function in .45 XD or XD(M) magazines.

For Use in:
   XD Series Hi-Capacity magazines.
        9mm - 16 rounds
        .40 S&W - 12 rounds
        .357 SIg - 12 rounds

Will not work in XD or XD(M) .45 magazines.

For use in XD and XD(M) Series, Hi Capacity .45ACP 13 round magazines.
