Note to existing customers: If you have already setup a website account, do not use this form. Instead, please logon to your customer account and click the "Request Dealer Status" link from within the My Account section.

New customers, please fill out the form below to request Dealer status. Just a reminder, you must supply a copy of your FFL and State Sales Tax License. Please see our contact us page for ways to send us your information.
