SALES TAX EXEMPTION FORMS

W. C. Wolff Company collects sales tax on orders shipping to the states of Pennsylvania and Virginia.  If you are sales tax exempt for these states, we must have a copy of your tax exemption certificate on file to process your order without sales tax.  For your convenience we have downloadable copies of these forms available in .pdf format.

If your are shipping states other than Pennsylvania and Virginia or other countries, your orders are non-taxable.

When completed you may fax, mail or email your form to us.
