DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

W. C. Wolff Company ships via US Mail, UPS and Federal Express within the United States. Please be sure to provide a street address when using UPS or Federal Express. Hawaii and Alaska orders are normally shipped via US mail. Shipping rates showing "1st Lb" are for the first pound only. Additional charges over 1 pound will apply. UPS ground rates are flat rates per order. Priority mail rates will be used on first class mail shipments over 13 ounces.

3. UPS & Fedex charge an additional fee for packages delivered to residential address
A residential delivery is defined as a delivery made to any location that is a home, including businesses operated from a home.

4. COD is available only with UPS shipping - $9.00 additional charge.

5. Saturday delivery available with Next Day Air service only - $12.50 additional charge.

6. Backorders are shipped via US Mail or UPS ground.

UPS imposes a fuel surcharge on all shipments. Fuel surcharges are not included in the above shipping rates. This charge may be applied to the UPS actual shipping billed on your invoice. For additional information visit the UPS website at www.ups.com.

UPS charges an additional surcharge for certain rural/remote addresses. For 2008, this surcharge is $1.50 for commercial addresses and $2.30 for residential addresses.

This charge is determined by UPS by zip code, for areas that are less populated or less accessible. This charge will be added to your shipping charges only if your address is in one of these zip codes.
