U.S. and Canadian orders may be placed 24 hours a day toll-free by telephone at 800-545-0077.  Our main business number is 610-359-9600. Orders may also be faxed, mailed or placed via the Internet. An answering device will respond to your telephone calls during non-business hours.   Our fax number is 610-359-9496.

PAYMENT

• Remittance by check or money order may be enclosed with order and made payable to W. C. Wolff Company.
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted with no additional surcharges. Discover card is accepted for mail or phone orders only and is not available for use on our web site.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
• COD shipments are available only via UPS and at additional cost - domestic orders only.
• Customers with established credit only may order on an open account basis. Late charges of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on late payments over 30 days.

Your personal information is secure. We employ the latest encryption technology in all areas of the site which require you to provide your personal or account information. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server. TECHNICAL SUPPORT/SPECIAL SPRING REQUESTS
For technical questions and special spring requests please call 610-359-9600. We will do our best to answer questions. W. C. Wolff Company does not make custom springs on an individual basis. We can however search our database to see if we can match your spring. In order to do this, we must have the following exact dimensional information in thousandths: Outside diameter of the spring, free length, number of coils and wire diameter. Lookups for special springs will be handled on an as-can basis. A service charge of $5 per spring search may be billed.

SHIPPING
W. C. Wolff Company normally ships via US Mail and United Parcel Service. Air services are available upon request at additional cost. Federal Express is also available on request.  Foreign orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE: We must have a street address for shipping as UPS will not deliver to a post office box.  COD shipping is not available via US Mail.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Please refer to the reverse side of your order form or shipping page for current shipping & handling charges or to the shipping charges listed elsewhere on out website. Shipping charges are determined by your zip code and shipping method.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded on refused shipments. Shipping and Handling rates are subject to change without notice.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices listed our current catalog and web site supersedes all previously published information. Prices are subject to change without notice. W. C. Wolff Company reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications of any item without notice.

SHORTAGES
All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made WITHIN 10 DAYS after receipt of shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping charges due to errors on our part.

RETURNS
If you want to return all or part of your order for any reason other than shipping errors, please call or write for a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Merchandise returned must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. Merchandise which is not in resalable condition will be returned to you. Unauthorized returns and merchandise kept over 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with return.

Merchandise not purchased directly from W. C. Wolff Company will be only accepted at our discretion and will be limited to house credit only.

EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be exchanged within 60 days of receipt if it is UNUSED and UNOPENED. You will be billed for shipping charges for the new merchandise unless exchange is due to an error on our part. You will either be billed for or refunded the difference in cost of exchanged merchandise. Returned merchandise which is not in resalable condition will be returned to you.

BACKORDERS
On rare occasions we must backorder an item which is out of stock. You will not be billed for any additional shipping charges on backorder shipments. All backorder shipments will be shipped via ground delivery.

SALES TAXES
Pennsylvania & Virginia residents must include sales tax on all orders unless a sales tax exemption certificate is enclosed with your order. Other out of state orders are not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax. Pennsylvania residents add 6% tax, Virginia residents add 5% tax
