SITE NAVIGATION 

At the bottom of the page, 2 navigation bars are are always present. The function buttons on these bars allow instant access to the function listed on the button at anytime.   

There are 4 main product categories - Semi-Auto Pistols, Revolvers, Rifles & Shotguns and General Purpose.  When one of these buttons is clicked, the screen divides into 2 parts (frames).  In the left hand frame is a scrollable  index of manufacturers.  Above the left  frame is the name of the particular index that is loaded.  In the right hand frame is basic information about the category.   

When you select a category for the first time, you will be asked to read our Cautions and Warnings page.  We feel that this is important information you should be aware of.  After clicking on the "I Have Read This Information" line,  the category you selected will appear.  A cookie will be sent so that you do not have to see this page again for a period of 30 days.  It is available to view at any time by clicking on the How To Order button.  

When you click on a manufacturer in the index column, the page containing all springs available for that manufacturer by model is displayed in the right column.  In most cases there are hyperlinks to the models.  In some cases there are additional hyperlinks to individual springs.   

You can select from any manufacturer in the index column at anytime.  You can click on any of the function buttons at the bottom of the screen at anytime.  If you have trouble try clicking  reload or refresh on your browser or use the BACK button.  A no frames version of our site is also available. Click here to go to the No Frames Version.  

Other function buttons take you to our New Products page and Wolff Logo Products page.  The How to Order button gives you specific information about different way of ordering as well as shipping & handling rates and foreign order requirements.  

If you would like to have a question  answered or contact us for any reason just click on the Contact Us and an e-mail window will appear.  
 

ON-LINE ORDERING and SHOPPING CART  
 

BUYING AN ITEM  
After you have found the item that you wish to purchase, just click on the BUY button to place the item in your shopping cart.  A purchase block will be displayed and you can enter the quantity.  Then press enter or click on return.   You will then go back to the top of the product page.    

Note: On items where there are multiple spring weights (e.g. 419xx - Colt recoil springs) a separate purchase block will be displayed for each available weight - all at the same time.  Scroll to the correct weight and enter the quantity for that weight only and press enter.  When purchase blocks for multiple weights are displayed you can only order 1 weight at a time.  If you wanted a 14, 16 and 18 pound spring you would have to click BUY 3 times.  

CHECKING YOUR PURCHASE 
At anytime, click on the Shopping Cart function button at the bottom of the page to review your purchase.  You can change the purchase quantity, delete an item, add additional items or check out from this point.  Note: Some browsers may not display all items you purchased especially if you choose ADD ANOTHER ITEM  from the shopping cart block. If this seems to have happened just click REFRESH or RELOAD on your browser and all items will be displayed. 

CHECKING OUT 
When you are ready to check out, click on US CHECKOUT or FOREIGN CHECKOUT which ever is appropriate.  A billing information form will be displayed and must be filled out.  If a required field is not completed you will be informed before you can continue.  If the address you want your order shipped to is the same as the billing address, you do not need to complete the shipping address fields.  

Click on the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the form.  A shipping form will appear.  Click on the down arrow in the list box for a choice of shipping and costs.  Select the method of shipping you want.  If you want additional information on shipping services and rates, click on the How to Order function button.  

A special instructions area is available to type any additional information.  

CANCEL YOUR ORDER  
At this point you can still cancel your order by clicking on the cancel order button at the bottom of the shipping page.  

FINISH YOUR ORDER  
To complete your order click on Finish (Print Invoice).  After clicking on this button your order is sent to W. C. Wolff Company for processing.  An Invoice form will appear on your screen.  We suggest printing this for your records.  In addition, an email acknowledgment will be sent to you summarizing your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is actually shipped.  

Click on the RETURN TO HOME PAGE button at the bottom of the invoice form.  Do not click on the back button.  

In most cases, your order will be on its way to you either the same day or the next business day depending on when you order.

ON-LINE SECURITY 
 
If your browser supports Secure Socket Layers or SSL, your order information and credit card number are encrypted through our secure server to prevent unauthorized access to this information.  

When  you goto checkout, you will be notified that you have requested a secure document.  The "Lock Icon" will lock and turn yellow. You are now in a secure page mode and you will remain in that mode until your order is completed.  If you click on SECURITY you can inspect our digital certificate. 

Older browsers may not be capable of secure connections and we would suggest upgrading to a new version which will provide security, improved speed and other enhancements.
